1. Are your leather cords Lead Free and AZO Free ?
Yes, all our leather cords are Lead Free, AZO free and free from all hazardous chemicals. We can send you test report on request.
2. Is the packing available in different meters ?
Yes, We can pack the cords in 5m, 10m 25m, 50m and 100m rolls or hanks as per your requirements.
3. What is the lead time ?
Normally we ship out the cords with in 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. But, in rainy season there may be little delay than expected due to weather problem. The same will be informed to the customer timely.
4. Can you arrange door delivery ?
Yes, we can arrange you door delivery at very best freight charges. We have account with all major couriers, and they will take care of the customs clearance, etc and will give you door delivery.
5. How can I pay you ?
Once we get your order, we will send you a detailed calculation with best freight charges. Once you agree with the order, we will send you a proforma invoice with bank details (if you are paying by bank transfer) or will send a paypal invoice (if you are paying by paypal). You can make any changes in the order before finalizing and making the payment for the order.
